The St. Mark Silent Auction is only available to members of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Dunedin Fl.

For items sold on this site, St. Mark Lutheran Church does not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the condition, completeness, authenticity or usefulness of the items purchased.

Items are sold on an as-is basis and cannot be returned nor will any monies be refunded.

Winning bidders must pick up and pay for their items no later than seven days from the close of bidding. If items are not picked up and paid for within seven days, the next highest bidder will be awarded the item.

St. Mark Lutheran Church reserves the right to withdraw an item from the auction at any time.
